How do you feel about killing off the protagonist?

it's been done plenty of times. Sometimes it makes the reader a little upset, but at the same time it had to be done. it's what would happen in real life, right? Maybe its just me, but I like books that have a little bit of reality in them. so i think it'd be okay. but it's whatever you think. it is your story after all, not mine. good luck :)
