Saints row 2 singleplayer lag on xbox 360?

Does everyone else experience this lag? When I blow up more than 3 cars with grenades or a rocket launcher I feel a bit of lag and the explosion of the cars sounds like tv static and my character starts moving slow for a 3 seconds, and when I throw sticky bombs into a pool and detonate them I get alot of lag.
