I need help in Halo Reach: Forge?

So i was thinking about re-creating one of those Scarab tank things in Forge, and i pretty much had everything planned out but I want to make it so you have to get off of the tank before it "blew up" so to speak after you blew up the core, like in Halo 3. So, is it possible to spawn a soft kill zone after a land mine has detonated? I would really like to know because my friends and I are getting bored of killing people (and being killed). Griffball can only go so far ahah. So thank you for all serious answers. If it is not possible, could you please suggest an alternate method in order to do this while having the same "suspense" that you have to jump off the Scarab. Thank you.
