Can hydrogen/oxygen detonate or just deflagrate?
Electrolysis cells for improving performance of gasoline fueled vehicles are proposed, using energy from vehicle electrical system to generate hydrogen/oxygen without separating the two gases. Could the resultant stoichiometric explosive gas mixture detonate, or would it deflagrate?
