Could i still be pregnant? please help?

Ok so on Saturday I woke up early in the morning at like 4 am feeling very sick and then I thru up.... I was tthrowing up all night and day it was horrible... the weird thing about it was that I've never gotten sick in my life I've never thrown up ever... and then all the way till today which is Tuesday I still feel sick and feel like I wassa hurl just that it dosnt come out.. I know this is tmi but instead of hurling I've had diarea... and then I started to notice my nipples are sorta sore occasionally and nipples are alil darker... and then I noticed this white sticky stuff in my onder wear two days ago and at first I didn't know what it was then I found out it was discharge... then I'm constantly tired...for the kast three days I've noticed blood spotting when I wiped after using the bathroom they would be light spots.... but its oonly a couple spots nun major... and I had my period already it started that last wensday of may and ended that Sunday... so I know its not period starting... and I lookes up that symptoms can start as early as 2 weeks after conception so....another thing is that I took a a pregnancy test and it came out negative... I don't understand did I take it to early ??? What could be the other reason for all these symptoms that never hapopend in my life before
