Has a nuclear weapon ever been detonated in space?

Yes there have been afew occasions which amounted to be a pain in the *** for the Gov decades.... back. A nuclear blast in space will send an EMP wave to the regions below it. This however was more so of an unexpected reaction and knocked out power in regions of the Marshall Islands and Philippines. So there were some apologies to be made at the time. Since then though there have been no detonations.
