Naruto Ultimate Ninja Storm 2 (NUNS2) Help?

My friend owns NUNS 2 and doesn't have internet for a while.So I ask this.There is a move for Sasuke Taka Named Chidori Sharp Spear (This counts for other sasukes and characters) . The controls are "Tilting L(Stick) > O O .But my friend doesn't understand what tilting means actually.Lol any help please?Dont wanna sound like an idiot/
