PlayStation DLC need help!?

Everyone knows that PSN is up now...well i went and got new DLC for my game Fallout: New Vegas and Crysis 2 well my DLC that i got for New Vegas isnt working...nun of my DLC's are working...my Dead Money or my DLC that was given to me with the game....does anyone know how to fix this and why it is doing so?
