SURVEY: What do you think: Why did the NY FIRE DEPARTMENT say that 9/11 was "as if they detonated it..planned"?

During any emergency rash judgments are often made that later are blown out of proportion and used to misrepresent the real event in some crazy conspiracy theory advocated by crazy people.
